We process your name, email address, address details, and payment information necessary to provide our services based on the agreement. Without this data, we cannot properly perform the agreement. For example, we cannot ship your order if we do not have your details.
We retain this data for 7 years, which is the statutory retention period required by the Dutch Tax Authorities.
If you file a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email address, and the content of your complaint in order to provide the best possible solution. This data is used for the proper execution of the agreement and will be retained until the complaint has been fully resolved.
To operate and optimize our website, we use analytics services. We have a legitimate interest in analyzing your browsing behavior and related data to improve our services where necessary (see Article 6).
We track your use of our website through Google Analytics and adhere to Google’s retention periods.

Data portability – If you wish to transfer your data to another provider, Santemods will provide your data in a structured and commonly used digital format.
Automated decision making – You have the right to express your point of view regarding any automated decision made by Santemods and to request that it be reviewed by a human.
Withdrawal of consent – Where we process data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This may affect the services we are able to provide to you.
To exercise your rights, please send a request to info@santemods.com. We will assess your request as soon as possible. If we are unable to comply, we will explain the reason.

Santemods will not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for business operations or required by law. We do not sell your data.
