Our Story

Santemods was founded on a simple belief:
a watch is more than something you use to check the time. It is something you wear every day, something that moves with you, and something that says something about who you are.

We have always been interested in watches, but we kept running into the same issue. Many models looked good, but felt cheap or poorly thought out in practice. Other watches were technically solid, yet lacked character. Especially within the affordable segment, we rarely found something that truly felt right.

That started to bother us.

Who are we, what do we do, and why?

Santemods focuses on Seiko mods: watches built around reliable Seiko movements, combined with carefully selected components and our own unique configurations. No mass production, no fast trends, just deliberate choices.

Our interest began purely out of passion. We were searching for a watch that was technically solid but also looked different from what you see everywhere. Something unique, without immediately stepping into the high luxury segment. Seiko mods offered exactly that balance: proven quality with room for personality.

The watches we assemble are meant to be worn. Daily, without overthinking, yet with a presence that stands out when the moment calls for it. Not standard off-the-shelf models, but timepieces with their own character.
