Article 1 | Definitions
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Long-term transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
Durable data carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Model withdrawal form: the model form for withdrawal provided by the entrepreneur which a consumer can complete when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: a contract concluded within an organized system for distance selling of products and/or services, exclusively using one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Means of distance communication: any means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.
General Terms and Conditions: these present General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 | Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the terms can be reviewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the terms may be provided electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
If specific product or service conditions also apply, the consumer may always rely on the applicable provision that is most favorable to them in the event of conflicting conditions.
If one or more provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid provision will be replaced with one that reflects its original intent as closely as possible.
Situations not covered by these terms must be assessed in the spirit of these terms.
Article 4 | The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur may amend or adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images used are a truthful representation. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
All images and specifications are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Prices include VAT. Printing and typographical errors are reserved.
The offer clearly states:

Article 5 | The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and compliance with the stated conditions.
Electronic acceptance will be confirmed electronically. Until confirmation, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.
The entrepreneur takes appropriate security measures for electronic transactions.
The entrepreneur may investigate whether the consumer can meet payment obligations and may refuse or impose conditions if justified.
Each agreement is concluded subject to sufficient product availability.
Article 6 | Right of Withdrawal
For product purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cooling-off period starts the day after receipt.
The consumer must handle the product carefully and return it in original condition and packaging if reasonably possible.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt using the model form or another communication method. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
If these deadlines are not met, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 | Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received or proof of return shipment has been supplied.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The consumer is liable for any depreciation resulting from improper handling.
Article 8 | The Price
Prices will not increase during the stated validity period except for VAT changes.
Variable pricing due to financial market fluctuations may apply if stated.
Price increases within 3 months are only allowed if legally required.
Prices include VAT.
Article 9 | Conformity and Warranty
Products must comply with the agreement, stated specifications, and reasonable usability standards.
Warranty does not affect statutory rights.
Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
Warranty does not apply to improper use.
Article 10 | Delivery and Performance
Orders are executed with due care.
Delivery takes place at the address provided.
Orders are fulfilled within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the consumer to compensation.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 11 | Payment
Payments must be made within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins unless agreed otherwise.
Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.
In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged.
Article 12 | Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 2 months of discovery.
Complaints are answered within 14 days.
If unresolved, a dispute arises.
Consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
Article 13 | Disputes
Dutch law exclusively applies.
The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Article 14 | Additional or Deviating Provisions
Additional or deviating provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be recorded in writing or stored on a durable medium.
